Aderant CEO Chris Cartrett to depart for ImageTrend role

Aderant, a business management software provider for law firms and a unit of Roper Technologies (NASDAQ: ROP), announced that President and CEO Chris Cartrett will conclude his tenure effective August 1, 2026. Cartrett will become Chief Executive Officer at ImageTrend, a software and data analytics provider for emergency medical services, fire departments, hospitals, and public safety agencies.

Cartrett joined Aderant in 2014 and held several executive roles before becoming President and CEO in 2021. During his tenure, he served in positions including Senior Vice President of Strategy and Growth and Executive Vice President.

Deane Price will rejoin Aderant as Interim Chief Executive Officer beginning July 20, while the company conducts a formal search for a permanent replacement. Price previously served as Aderant's CEO from 2017 to 2021 and has since held executive roles within the Roper portfolio, including Interim CEO of iPipeline.

"It has been the privilege of my career to serve as President and CEO of Aderant," Cartrett said, adding that he leaves the company confident in its leadership team.

Mike Corkery, Senior Vice President and Group Executive at Roper Technologies, thanked Cartrett for his 12 years of contributions and expressed confidence in the existing leadership team going forward.

Aderant is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, with offices across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
