Accel Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE: ACEL) has promoted Stan Guidroz, currently chief executive officer of its Toucan Gaming, LLC subsidiary, to chief operating officer, effective July 14, 2026.
In connection with the appointment, Mark Phelan, who serves as president and chief operating officer, will relinquish the chief operating officer title. Phelan will continue as president and is set to become chief executive officer of Accel in August 2026.
Guidroz has led Toucan, Accel's Louisiana operating subsidiary, since 2021, overseeing acquisitions including the recent purchase of Rice Palace Truck Stop Casino.
