Gorilla Technology settles litigation with Culper Research

Gorilla Technology Group Inc. (NASDAQ: GRRR) announced it has resolved litigation against Culper Research and its founder Christian Lamarco through a confidential non-monetary settlement agreement.

The London-based company filed the lawsuit on April 16, 2025, following a report published by Culper Research on April 4, 2025. The settlement was reached after Gorilla released its 20F filing on April 30, 2025, and earnings report on June 18, 2025.

"We are pleased to put this matter behind us," said Jay Chandan, Chairman and CEO. "Gorilla has spent this year doing what matters most, executing our strategy and delivering results."

The company reported having over $5.6 billion in active pipeline opportunities and continued U.S. expansion with public sector relationships. Gorilla released first quarter earnings on June 18, 2025.

Gorilla Technology provides security intelligence, network intelligence, business intelligence and IoT technology solutions. The company serves government and public services, manufacturing, telecom, retail, transportation and logistics, healthcare and education sectors using AI and deep learning technologies.
