Datavault AI files lawsuit against Wolfpack Research over report

Datavault AI (NASDAQ: DVLT) filed a complaint against Wolfpack Research and its founder Dan David over a research report published on Oct. 31, 2025, according to a company statement.

The Philadelphia-based data tokenization company alleges the report contained false and defamatory statements about Datavault and its personnel. Paul Hastings LLP represents Datavault in the legal action.

"The Company, our shareholders, and I have been harmed by Wolfpack's malicious and self-serving attack," said Nathaniel Bradley, CEO of Datavault AI. "We will pursue all options at our disposal to hold Wolfpack and Dan David accountable in court."

Datavault filed the complaint details as Exhibit 99.1 to a Current Report on Form 8-K with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on November 10, 2025.

The company operates cloud-based platforms for data management and includes divisions focused on acoustic science and data science technologies. Its acoustic division features WiSA, ADIO and Sumerian technologies for wireless audio transmission, while the data science division provides solutions for data valuation and monetization.
