Chemours reaches $450M settlement over PFAS pollution at four sites

The Justice Department, the Environmental Protection Agency, and the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection announced a settlement with The Chemours Company over PFAS contamination at four facilities located in West Virginia, North Carolina, and New Jersey, according to a statement from the agencies.
