Take-Two stock drops as GTA 6 leaks continue

Investing.com -- Take-Two Interactive shares fell 7.2% in morning trading on Monday to as ongoing leaks of Grand Theft Auto 6 footage continued to weigh on investor sentiment ahead of the game's November 19, 2026 release.
An anonymous account called CyberLeek has been publishing clips from the upcoming game since mid-August. Rockstar Games publicly addressed the situation in late August, but the leaks have maintained pressure on the stock.
BofA Securities repeated its Buy rating and $368 price target on the stock on Monday. The firm said some leaked footage appears to show access to a real playable version of the game, but analysts found no clear evidence that a full distributable copy exists.
The stock opened near its prior close of $235.39 but quickly sold off into $217 territory.
The company's CEO has not made any open-market purchases recently and has completed several sales over recent months, which has contributed to a cautious mood among some investors.
