Raytheon wins $42.5M Navy air traffic contract

Investing.com - Raytheon Co. (NYSE: RTX) shares received a $42.5 million contract from the U.S. Department of War to provide technical and engineering services for Navy air traffic systems, the department announced today.

The cost-plus-fixed-fee order, managed by Collins Aerospace in Marlborough, Massachusetts, falls under a basic ordering agreement issued in 2019. The contract covers technical, engineering, and restoration services supporting air traffic navigation, integration, and coordination systems for the Navy.

Work will be performed in Marlborough, Massachusetts, with completion expected in August 2031. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division in Patuxent River, Maryland, serves as the contracting activity.

Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance funds totaling $955,933 will be obligated at the time of award. The contract was awarded on a sole-source basis.
