Li Auto invests $395 million in Sunwoda battery unit

Investing.com -- Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer Li Auto will put 2.65 billion yuan ($394.89 million) into Sunwoda Power Technology, a subsidiary of battery producer Sunwoda Electronic, according to a stock exchange filing released today.
The investment will give Li Auto an 8.79% ownership position in Sunwoda Power Technology following the capital increase, Sunwoda stated in the filing.
