IperionX Technology secures $99M contract for titanium research for defense

Investing.com -- IperionX Technology LLC (NASDAQ: IPX), based in Charlotte, North Carolina, has secured a firm-fixed-price contract valued at $99 million. The contract is for the research and development of low-cost domestic titanium to be used in defense applications.

The contract was awarded through a bidding process conducted online, with IperionX Technology being the sole recipient of the bid. Details about the work locations and funding allocations will be determined with each individual order.

The contract is projected to be completed by June 4, 2030. The Army Contracting Command, situated at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, is overseeing the contracting activity under the contract number W911QX-25-D-A003.
