Boeing wins $33.4 million Air Force avionics contract

Investing.com -- The U.S. Department of War awarded Boeing Company a $33.4 million contract on Tuesday for work on the C-17 Avionics Integration Area Phase 1 project.

The cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm fixed price contract covers services needed to address obsolescence issues and maintain the long-term functionality of the C-17 Avionics Integration Support Facility laboratory environment.

Boeing will perform the work at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The project has an expected completion date of April 30, 2032.

The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center at Robins Air Force Base in Georgia served as the contracting activity. The contract was awarded through a sole source acquisition process.

The Department of War allocated $33.4 million from fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance funds at the time of the award.
