Investing.com -- Arm Holdings ADR shares rose 5.2% in morning trading on Tuesday, recovering from a 7.3% decline in the previous session that had brought the stock down to $283.72.
The earlier selloff followed the disclosure that CFO Jason Child sold 10,400 ordinary shares at $300 per share on September 21, totaling approximately $3.12 million. The transaction was executed under a pre-arranged Rule 10b5-1 plan.
The stock's rebound comes as parent company SoftBank completed an $11.1 billion high-yield bond issuance last week, with proceeds earmarked in part for its AI strategy. SoftBank has also established a $25 billion margin loan backed by its Arm holdings, which lenders have expanded multiple times.
CEO Rene Haas said in mid-September that supply conditions for the company's AGI CPU have improved. He also confirmed that multiyear customer deals are in place to support a $2 billion demand target.
