Apollo reports security breach affecting user personal data

Investing.com -- Apollo disclosed a social engineering incident that may have compromised some users' personal information, according to a letter sent to the California Attorney General on Friday.
Unauthorized individuals gained access to the company's cloud platforms between July 6 and July 10, 2026, Apollo stated in the letter.
The potentially affected information includes names, dates of birth, contact details, addresses, and Social Security numbers, the company said.
Apollo reported that it has found no evidence that the accessed information has been publicly posted or used for identity theft or fraud at this time.
