AlgoSec mulling London IPO, Bloomberg reports

Investing.com -- AlgoSec, a cybersecurity company based in the United States, is exploring a potential initial public offering on the London Stock Exchange, Bloomberg reported Tuesday.

The company is said to be working with advisers including Barclays Plc on a possible listing.

No final decisions have been made and the plans including the listing location could change, the report added.

AlgoSec is headquartered in Ridgefield Park, New Jersey. The company was founded more than two decades ago by Israeli entrepreneurs Yuval Baron and Avishai Wool.

The company provides network security management solutions to more than 2,300 enterprise clients worldwide, according to its website. Its clients include AT&T Inc., Chevron Corp., Morgan Stanley and Renault SA.
