Shares of eBay (Nasdaq: EBAY) are higher following the $100 million IPO filing of past subsidiary Skype.
eBay sold Skype to an investment group led by Silver Lake in September 2009 for about $2 billion, but retained an approximately 35 percent equity investment in Skype.
Shares of eBay are up 2.7 percent to $22.05.
