Vringo, Inc. (AMEX: VRNG) shares are down early Wednesday morning, adding on to a notable drop realized on Tuesday leading into a litigation settlement with Google, Inc. (Nasdaq: GOOG).
Shares of Vringo fell 18 percent Tuesday following a court filing being made related to AOL (NYSE: AOL) litigation.

The stock has been volatile lately, moving from about $3 at the start of October all the way up to $5.43 on October 8th, only to fall to $4.45 on Tuesday. Ahead of the bell, shares of Vringo are indicated about 1.5 percent lower.
