UPDATE: Lehman (LEH) Denies Speculation It Accessed the Fed Window
Lehman Brothers (NYSE: LEH) is denying speculation it accessed the fed borrowing facility.
Lehman says the last time it used the fed facility was April 16th. Lehman says its liquidity position improved to $40 billion in Q2.
Shares of Lehman are off the day's lows as the denial is reported. The stock was off more than 14% today. The stock is now down about 6%.
