Will Tesla's (Nasdaq: TSLA) Model 3 be as good as CEO Elon Musk said it would during the company's March 31st event?

The report points out how three elements of the Model 3 have been "downgraded": Supercharging, Safety, and Autopilot.

As the Model 3 launched, the official page said it would have a 5-Star Safety Rating In All Categories, have Autopilot Safey Features, and Supercharging for Long Distance Travel.

The Model 3 page now says the vehicle is Designed for Safety, has Autopilot Hardware, and is Supercharging Capable.

While the change might be jarring for some, the launch of the Model 3 is still around 18 months away and things are subject to change between now and then.

Musk also recently hinted on Twitter that the Model 3 might sport heads-up display (HUD) features at some point. Musk & Co. are planning a second part of the Model 3 unveiling, after all.

Shares of Tesla are up 0.7 percent.
