According to the WSJ, ProLogis (NYSE: PLD) is close to a deal with the Blackstone Group, L.P., for the sale of 180 warehouse properties. The deal has a price of $1 billion, people familiar with the matter said.
The deal involves more than 20 million square feet across all of the properties.
ProLogis has 475 million square feet of properties in North America, Europe, and Asia.
Shares of ProLogis are trading lower premarket, down about 1.5%.
