JPMorgan (JPM) Says it Was Institution Hit by Indicted Hackers

JPMorgan (NYSE: JPM) says it was institution hit by indicted hackers, according to Bloomberg.
UPDATE - News comes as the U.S. charged four men with conducting one of the largest hacks of identity thefts from U.S. financial institutions.
Along with JPMorgan, various brokerages and major business news publications also saw customer information stolen by the hackers.
Accoding to the indictment, the scheme ran from 2012 through mid-2015 and saw proceeds from the events distributed among 75 shell companies or more. The indictment also said "one of the defendants 'directed network intrusions' into nine targets and stole personal information 'of over 100 million customers in these companies,'" according to Bloomberg.
U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara will hold a press conference Tuesday morning to explain the charges.
