Google Said Planning to Shutter Songza, Fold into Google Play Music

Google to shutter Songza and fold into Google Play Music, according to Re/code.

UPDATE - The transition is expected to be complete by the end of January 2016.

Google acquired Songza back in July of 2014 for an undisclosed amount of money.

Songza users will get an opportunity to migrate their accounts, which have Favorited songs and playlists, into Google Play Music.
