Four IPOs Slated To Open This Week (CPC, DGW, IVR, MDSO)

This week is poised to be the most active week for IPOs in some time. We are slated to get four IPOs this week. Below is a summary:

Chemspec International Limited (NYSE: CPC) plans to offer 8.087 million ADSs at a price range of $7-$9 per share. The lead underwriters are Credit Suisse and Citi. Chemspec is a China-based contract manufacturer of highly engineered specialty chemicals.

Duoyuan Global Water Inc. (NYSE: DGW) plans to offer 5 million ADRs at a price range of $13-$15 per share. The lead underwriter is Piper Jaffray. Duoyuan Global Water is a leading China-based domestic water treatment equipment supplier.

Invesco Mortgage Capital (NYSE: IVR) plans to offer 20 million shares at a price of $20 per share. The lead underwriters are Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley. Invesco Mortgage is a newly-organized, real estate investment trust, which intends to invest in, finance and manage agency and non-agency residential and commercial mortgage-backed securities and mortgage loans, initially, to the extent available, in conjunction with financings from the U.S. Government's Public-Private Investment Program and the Term Asset-Backed Securities Lending Facility.

Medidata Solutions (Nasdaq: MDSO) plans to offer 6.3 million shares at a price of $11-$13 per share. The lead underwriters are Citi and Credit Suisse. Medidata Solutions is a leading global provider of hosted clinical development solutions that enhance the efficiency of customers' clinical development processes and optimize their research and development investments.
