Facebook (Nasdaq: FB) is adding another key exec to ts roster as it looks to expand its mobile presence.
Re/code said late Monday that John Lagerling joined Facebook as vice president of business development. Lagerling was previous director of Android global partnerships at Google (Nasdaq: GOOG). he was responsible for all business development of the Nexus device program.
At Facebook, Lagerling will work on mobile operator and product partnerships.
Shares of Facebook are up 1.5 percent.
