According to the latest data, Exxon's market cap is currently at $400.5 billion, with shares up 0.6 percent on the session Tuesday.
Recent weakness on Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL) has taken its toll. The last reported market cap is about $394.5 billion. Shares of Apple are up 0.4 percent Tuesday, but have fallen around 20 percent in 2013.
