Cheniere (LNG) Pops Higher on Boosted SAC Capital Stake

Shares of Cheniere Energy (AMEX: LNG) popped a little higher post-market Thursday, following disclosure that SAC Capital has a new stake in the company.
According to a filing made after the market closed, Steven Cohen's SAC Capital boosted its stake in Cheniere from 1,044,883 shares at the end of the third-quarter, to 7,170,444 shares currently, equal to about 5.7 percent of all outstanding.
Following the filing, Cheniere is up about 1.7 percent in late trading.
