Carl Icahn tells Reuters that CIT's (NYSE: CIT) prepackaged bankruptcy proposal is "ludicrous." Icahn said he will investigate "questionable, possibly negligent" CIT transactions with Goldman Sachs (NYSE: GS) and other. Icahn will challenge fees paid for financing under bond swap, prepackaged deal. Icahn says seeks "orderly run-off" of CIT assets, not seeking equity.
