Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL) is on watch Tuesday morning following news that the company is anticipating light initial orders for its iPad Pro.
Digitimes noted that Apple has placed limited orders with upstream supply chain players prior to the end of 2015 and for Q116.
The overall feeling is that Apple is taking a more conservative approach to demand expectations for the device. The company has placed order for 2.5 million iPad Pros and Q116 orders are expected to be even weaker.
Shares of Apple are indicated lower ahead of the opening bell.
