Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL) affirmed that it acquired SnappyLabs.
Re/code reported the affirmation on Monday.
Apple didn't disclose the value of the deal and issued the following statement,
SnappyLabs created the SnappyCam app, allowing the iPhone to take high-resolution photos at rates of 20 to 30 per second, significantly faster than what the standard iPhone app is capable of achieving.
The deal was first reported by TechCrunch.
Shares of Apple are lower Monday morning.
