After Trading Flat, Gold Now Higher

After trading flat earlier, Gold is now trading higher. ETF SPDR Gold Shares (NYSE: GLD) is up about 0.5%. Gold spot is up about $5 to $943.

Driving the upside is dollar fears highlighted by Warren Buffett's op-ed piece The Greenback Effect�and PIMCO's Mewbourne piece suggesting the Greenback losing status as world's reserve currency.
