Ratings firm Egan-Jones said it:
The news comes as Glass Lewis & Co. made a recommendation last week on splitting the Chair and CEO roles.
RIM's shareholder meeting will occur on July 12th.
- recommends Research In Motion (Nasdaq: RIMM) shareholders vote for election of directors; and
- Holders should vote against resolution to split Chairman and CEO roles.
