ADC Telecommunications (ADCT) Sees Upside On "Cramer Effect"

Shares of ADC Telecommunications Inc. (Nasdaq: ADCT) are seeing interest this morning on the "Cramer Effect." On CNBC's Mad Money yesterday, Jim Cramer highlighted ADCT. Shares are up 5% in pre-open trading on strong volume.

Cramer said ADC Telecommunications is another great speculative tech stocks and recommended the stock a play on both increased U.S. demand for the company's products and strength from China.

Cramer said ADC benefits from the Chinese stimulus package, which earmarked $40 billion for wireless infrastructure.

Cramer also likes the balance sheet of ADC with its $514 million in cash.
