Solidion Technology insiders buy shares on open market

Three executives at Solidion Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: STI) have purchased shares of the Dallas-based battery materials company, according to a press release issued Sept. 21, 2026.
Chairman and CEO Jaymes Winters bought 984 shares at $7.11 per share, bringing his total holdings to 4,709 shares, representing 0.05% of the company's issued share capital.
CFO Vlad Prantsevich purchased 1,030 shares at $7.13 per share, raising his total holdings to 3,455 shares, or 0.04% of issued share capital.
Board member Karin-Joyce Tjon made the largest purchase among the three, acquiring 5,000 shares at $7.20 per share. Her total holdings now stand at 17,853 shares, equal to 0.20% of issued share capital.
