3 E Network Technology Group Limited (Nasdaq: MASK) announced it has entered into a securities purchase agreement with an entity controlled by its Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Tingjun Yang, for a $1 million private placement.

According to a press release, proceeds from the transaction will be directed toward general working capital, including research, development, and commercialization efforts related to AI computing chips and embodied AI applications.

The placement follows a series of operational developments the Hong Kong-based company says it has achieved since June 2026. These include finalizing a custom edge AI system-on-chip architecture for smart robots and advancing a proprietary AI software-as-a-service platform, following a framework agreement with California-based Aladdin Alaris AI.

In August, the company's Chip Business Unit completed preliminary validation of core data flow algorithms for an AI Storage Controller. The company also said its green AI data center project in Finland is proceeding as planned.

Additionally, the company's wholly owned subsidiary secured an enterprise-grade memory hardware sales order valued at approximately $1.2 million.

Dr. Yang said in a statement: "Our recent progress reflects our long-term strategic planning and execution," and added that the private placement "reflects my confidence in the intrinsic value of our underlying technological assets and commercial potential."
