flyExclusive joins Russell 2000 and Russell 3000 indexes

flyExclusive, Inc. (NYSEAMERICAN: FLYX) has been added to the Russell 2000, Russell 3000, and Russell Microcap indexes, effective at the open of U.S. equity markets on September 22, 2025, as part of the quarterly Russell Index Initial Public Offering update.
The private jet services company's inclusion in these indexes provides increased visibility within the institutional investor community. Russell indexes are widely used by investment managers and institutional investors, with approximately $10.6 trillion in assets benchmarked against Russell's U.S. indexes.

The company manages all aspects of the customer experience from its campus headquarters in Kinston, North Carolina, which includes in-house repair station, aircraft paint, cabin interior renovation, and avionics installation capabilities.
