Vanguard Health Systems, Inc. (NYSE: VHS) announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 25,000,000 shares of common stock at a price of $18.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on June 22, 2011 under the ticker symbol "VHS."
