UPDATE: GenSight Biologics S.A. (GNST) Files $100M Common Stock IPO

GenSight Biologics S.A. (Nasdaq: GNST) filed a registration with the U.S. SEC for an Initial Public offering of its American Depositary Shares (ADSs). The proposed maximum offering price is $100 million. The company plans to list on the Nasdaq under the ticker, "GNST."

Underwriers are Leerink Partners, Evercore ISI, and Canaccord Genuity.

GenSight Biologics S.A. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company discovering and developing novel therapies for mitochondrial and neurodegenerative diseases of the eye and, in the future, of the central nervous system.

The company continued, To address these therapeutic areas, we leverage our integrated development platform by combining a gene therapy-based approach with our core technology platforms of mitochondrial targeting sequence, or MTS, and optogenetics.
