UPDATE: GenSight Biologics S.A. (GNST) Files $100M Common Stock IPO
GenSight Biologics S.A. (Nasdaq: GNST) filed a registration with the U.S. SEC for an Initial Public offering of its American Depositary Shares (ADSs). The proposed maximum offering price is $100 million. The company plans to list on the Nasdaq under the ticker, "GNST."
Underwriers are Leerink Partners, Evercore ISI, and Canaccord Genuity.
GenSight Biologics S.A. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company discovering and developing novel therapies for mitochondrial and neurodegenerative diseases of the eye and, in the future, of the central nervous system.
