The IPO for The Active Network, Inc. (Nasdaq: ACTV) is open for trading. Shares are trading at $15.05 after pricing 11,000,000 shares at $15.00, which was below the expected range of $16-$18.
BofA Merrill Lynch and Citi are acting as the joint-bookrunning managers for the offering, and Allen & Company LLC, Stifel Nicolaus Weisel, RBC Capital Markets, ThinkEquity LLC and WR Hambrecht+Co are co-managers.
