Standard Nuclear prices IPO at $15 per share on NYSE

Standard Nuclear, Inc., a Tennessee-based producer of TRISO nuclear fuel, has priced its initial public offering of 10,000,000 shares of Class A common stock at $15.00 per share, according to a press release statement.



The company has also granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,500,000 shares at the IPO price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.



Shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: STDN) on July 16, 2026, with the offering expected to close on July 17, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.



BofA Securities and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC are acting as joint lead bookrunning managers. Barclays, UBS Investment Bank, Evercore ISI, RBC Capital Markets, William Blair, and Stifel are acting as additional bookrunning managers.



The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission declared the company's registration statement effective on July 15, 2026.



Standard Nuclear describes itself as a manufacturer of TRISO fuel, which it says is used in advanced nuclear reactors for terrestrial, national security, and space applications.
