NYSE has determined that the Class A Common Stock issued by Squarespace, Inc. is part of a new security offering that will trade under the ticker SQSP with CUSIP 85225A107 on May 19, 2021. As this new offering has not previously traded on any listing market and has no prior day's closing price, Regulation SHO Rule 201 will not apply to security SQSP until its second day of trading on NYSE. Further, NYSE Rule 123D(d) will apply and the security will be in a regulatory halt until the NYSE has opened trading.
