Sanchez Energy Corp. (NYSE: SEN) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $150 million. Sanchez plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker "SEN."
The offering is being made through Johnson Rice & Company L.L.C. and Macquarie Capital.
