Sanchez Energy (SEN) Files $150M IPO

Sanchez Energy Corp. (NYSE: SEN) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $150 million. Sanchez plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker "SEN."

The offering is being made through Johnson Rice & Company L.L.C. and Macquarie Capital.

Sanchez Energy n independent exploration and production company focused on the exploration, acquisition and development of unconventional oil and natural gas resources and recently formed for the purpose of acquiring SEP I’s unconventional oil and natural gas assets.
