SFX Entertainment, Inc. (Nasdaq: SFXE) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $175 million. The company plans to list on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker, "SFXE."
The offering is being made via UBS Investment Bank, Barclays, and Jefferies.
SFX Entertainment thinks it is the largest producer of live events and entertainment content focused exclusively on the electronic music culture ("EMC"), based on attendance and revenue.
