River City Bank prices IPO at $45 per share on Nasdaq
River City Bank, a Sacramento, California-based lender, has priced its initial public offering of 2,700,000 shares of common stock at $45.00 per share, according to a press release statement from the bank.
The bank's shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol NASDAQ: RCBC on August 6, 2026, with the offering expected to close on August 7, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
The offering consists entirely of existing shares held by two longtime shareholders associated with the family of the bank's founder, Jon Kelly. No new shares are being issued by the bank, making it a 100% secondary offering.
Raymond James & Associates and Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, a Stifel Company, are serving as joint book-running managers. D.A. Davidson & Co. and Stephens Inc. are serving as co-managers.
As of June 30, 2026, River City Bank reported approximately $6.0 billion in total assets, $4.7 billion in gross loans, and $5.4 billion in deposits. The bank operates across commercial banking, commercial real estate, clean energy, and public sector banking, among other areas.
An offering circular relating to the securities has been filed with and accepted by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
