Regional Management (NYSE: RM) priced its initial public offering of 4,200,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $15.00 per share. Shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange today under the symbol "RM."
Jefferies & Company, Inc. and Stephens Inc. are acting as joint book-running managers of the proposed offering. JMP Securities LLC and BMO Capital Markets Corp. are acting as joint lead managers of the proposed offering.
Regional Management Corp. is a diversified specialty consumer finance company providing a broad array of loan products primarily to customers with limited access to consumer credit from banks, thrifts, credit card companies and other traditional lenders.
