QDRO Acquisition Corp. closes $200 million IPO on Nasdaq
QDRO Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: QADRU) completed its initial public offering of $200 million on March 30, 2026, according to a company statement. The blank check company sold 20 million units at $10 per unit.
The company's units began trading on March 27, 2026 on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol "QADRU." Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of one redeemable warrant. Each whole warrant allows the purchase of one Class A ordinary share at $11.50 per share.
When the securities begin separate trading, the Class A ordinary shares and warrants will be listed on Nasdaq under ticker symbols "QADR" and "QADRW," respectively.
Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. served as sole bookrunner for the offering and received a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 3 million units at the IPO price to cover over-allotments.
The company stated it intends to focus on identifying businesses within the financial services, digital currency and technology sectors for potential business combinations.
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission declared the registration statement for the securities effective on March 26, 2026.
QDRO Acquisition Corp. is a newly organized special purpose acquisition company formed to effect mergers, acquisitions or similar business combinations with one or more businesses.
