PicS N.V. files for proposed Nasdaq IPO

PicS N.V. has on Monday filed for a proposed Nasdaq IPO. The company intends to list under the ticker "PICS".

Citigroup, BofA Securities, and RBC Capital Markets will serve as lead underwriters.
