Party City Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: PRTY) (NYSE: PRTY) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $350 million. Party City plans to trade under the ticker "PRTY."
The offering is being made through Goldman, Sachs & Co., BofA Merrill Lynch, Barclays Capital, Deutsche Bank Securities, Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley, Wells Fargo Securities, Baird, William Blair & Company, RBC Capital Markets, and Stifel Nicolaus Weisel.
