Onfolio Holdings (ONFO) IPO Opens Lower

Today's IPO for Onfolio Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: ONFO) opened for trading at $3.35 after pricing 2,753,750 units, each consisting of one share of common stock and two warrants, each to purchase one share of common stock, at a public offering price of $5.00 per unit.

EF Hutton, division of Benchmark Investments, LLC, is acting as sole book-running manager for the offering.

Onfolio is holding company that acquires and manages a diversified portfolio of online businesses across a broad range of verticals.
