Onconova Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: ONTX) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $75 million. The company plans to list on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker, "ONTX."

The offering is being made through Citigroup, Leerink Swann, Piper Jaffray, and Janney Montgomery Scott.
