Natural Grocers (NGVC) Sees IPO Price of $13 - $15/Share

Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage, Inc. (NYSE: NGVC) filed an amended registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The company plans to sell 7,142,857 shares and sees an offering price of $13 to $15 per share. Natural Grocers plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker "NGVC."

The offering is being made through SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Piper Jaffray, William Blair, and Canaccord Genuity.

Natural Grocers is an expanding specialty retailer of natural and organic groceries and dietary supplements.
