Mobilicom Limited (MOB) IPO Opens Modestly Lower

Today's IPO for Mobilicom Limited (Nasdaq: MOB) opened for trading at $4 per share after pricing 2,858,000 units, each consisting of one American Depositary Share (ADS) and one warrant to purchase one ADS, at a price to the public of USD $4.13 per unit.

ThinkEquity acted as sole book-running manager for the offering.

Mobilicom is an end-to-end provider of cybersecurity and smart solutions for drones, robotics and autonomous platforms.
