Manning & Napier (MN) Prices 12.5M IPO at $12/Share

Manning & Napier, Inc. (NYSE: MN) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 12,500,000 shares of Class A common stock at a price to the public of $12.00 per share. In addition, Manning & Napier, Inc. has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,875,000 shares to cover over-allotments, if any. Manning & Napier's Class A common stock will begin trading on November 18, 2011 on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "MN.

The sole bookrunning manager of the offering is BofA Merrill Lynch. J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is acting as lead manager, and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated, Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc., Sandler O'Neill & Partners, L.P. and Needham & Company, LLC are acting as co-managers.
